Any service we provide is subject to our Terms & Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring that you have backed-up all data on your computer before we access your device

We will not be responsible for any loss of data, pictures, information or programs on your device

Any work undertaken by Cloud is at your own risk

During the booking of our services, we will ask you for certain details which we require. This includes your name, address, phone number & email address. We may also need your administrator password to access your computer

Cloud agree not to disclose any information or data files supplied with, stored on or recovered from your device subject to confidentiality agreements or as required by law.

Please note that if your device is under manufacturer warranty then our services may affect the validity of it. It is your responsibility to assess the effect of our services on any manufacturers warranty

If you are bringing a device to us then:
- We will photograph your device before commencing any work, noting any damage or defects it
may have
- Payment is required on completion or collection of your device
- We are not liable for theft from our premises -
If we collect/return your device to & from our home for you then:
- Payment is required on return of your device
- We are not liable for theft during the journey from our home to yours -
We don't take responsibility for any damage that has happened to your device prior to us diagnosing it

We cannot repair a device that has suffered water damage
